1. Overview & Definitions

• Affiliate Program: A program organized by Social Boost Asia ("We") allowing individuals or entities ("Affiliates", "You") to register to promote our Services through special links and earn commissions on successful referrals.
• Referral Link/Affiliate Link: A unique URL provided to each Affiliate containing a specific tracking code to identify referrals from that Affiliate.
• Qualified Referral: A new customer who has never registered or used Social Boost Asia's services before, performs a qualifying action (usually registering an account AND making a successful first deposit/service purchase) after clicking on the Affiliate's Referral Link during the cookie validity period.
• Commission: The amount of money or credit the Affiliate receives for each Qualified Referral, calculated based on the rate or fixed amount determined by Social Boost Asia.
• Affiliate Dashboard: A private area for Affiliates on the Website where they can get Referral Links, view statistics on clicks, referrals, earned commissions, and manage payment information.
• Cookie Duration: The period (in days) that the tracking cookie is stored on the user's browser after they click on the Referral Link. If the user performs a qualifying action during this period, the Affiliate will be credited with a commission (currently 30 days).
• Payout Threshold: The minimum commission balance an Affiliate needs to reach to be eligible for payment (currently 500,000 VND).

2. Program Registration

• To participate, you need an account at Social Boost Asia and register for the Affiliate Program through the Affiliate section on the Website (or following the instructed process).
• We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, especially if your website/promotional channel contains inappropriate content or violates our policies.
• By registering and participating in the program, you agree to fully comply with the terms in this Policy and other related policies of Social Boost Asia.

3. Referral Links and Tracking Mechanism

• Once approved, you will be granted access to the Affiliate Dashboard and receive your unique Referral Link.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct use of the provided Referral Link. Social Boost Asia will not be responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect link usage.
• The system uses a cookie mechanism to track referrals. Cookies will be stored on the user's browser for 30 days from the last click on the Referral Link.
• The program applies a "Last Click" attribution mechanism: If a user clicks on multiple different Referral Links, the Affiliate owning the last link clicked before the user performs a qualifying action will be credited with the commission.
• Any form of manipulation of the tracking mechanism such as cookie stuffing, using hidden iframes, or other fraudulent techniques is strictly prohibited.

4. Commissions and Recognition Conditions

• Affiliates will receive a commission for each Qualified Referral.
• Conditions for a referral to be considered valid and eligible for commission include (but are not limited to):
  • The referred person must be a completely new customer of Social Boost Asia.
  • The referred person must click on the Affiliate's valid Referral Link.
  • The referred person must complete account registration AND successfully perform a first deposit or service purchase with a minimum value of 200,000 SocialBoost.Asia within the Cookie Duration.
  • The referred person's transaction must not be refunded or disputed (chargeback).
• Commission rates or fixed amounts are specifically specified in the Affiliate Dashboard (currently: See details in Affiliate Dashboard). Social Boost Asia reserves the right to change the commission structure and will notify Affiliates.
• Commissions will be credited to the Affiliate account after the referred person's transaction is successfully confirmed and passes the review period.
• Commissions are calculated only on the actual transaction value (after deducting promotions, taxes if applicable).
• Commissions are NOT applied to self-referral cases.

5. Commission Payment

• Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate when the approved commission balance meets or exceeds the Minimum Payout Threshold (500,000 VND).
• Expected payment schedule: Payment on the 15th of each month for approved commissions of the previous month.. Social Boost Asia may adjust this schedule and will provide notice if changed.
• Currently supported payment methods: Bank Transfer (Vietnam), SocialBoost Credits.. Affiliates need to provide accurate and complete payment receipt information in the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Social Boost Asia is not responsible for delayed or failed payments due to Affiliates providing incorrect information.
• Any transaction fees incurred from the Affiliate's bank or payment gateway will be borne by the Affiliate.
• Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying personal income tax or corporate tax arising from commissions received in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Social Boost Asia reserves the right to withhold payment if suspicious activity or policy violation is detected until the issue is clarified.

6. Rights and Responsibilities of Affiliates

• Honest Promotion: Affiliates must promote Social Boost Asia's Services honestly, clearly, and not mislead users. Do not make false claims about features, prices, or results of the Service.
• Disclosure: When sharing Referral Links, Affiliates must comply with disclosure regulations according to applicable laws and the platforms being used. It must be clear to users that it is a marketing link and you may receive a commission (e.g., use hashtags #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored, or clear notes).
• Legal and Policy Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws (including advertising laws, data protection) and all Social Boost Asia policies (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc.).
• No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not act or represent themselves as official representatives, employees, or legal partners of Social Boost Asia.
• Account Security: Affiliates are responsible for securing their Affiliate account login information.
• Promotional Content Quality: Affiliate's promotional content and channels must be professional, appropriate, and not contain prohibited content (see Section 7).

7. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any of the following may result in commission forfeiture, immediate termination of Affiliate status, and permanent account suspension without prior notice:

• Spam: Sending Referral Links via unsolicited email (spam email), mass messaging on social networks, forums, or any other form of spam.
• False Advertising: Using false, exaggerated, misleading information about Social Boost Asia's Services or promotions.
• Brand Bidding: Using or bidding on keywords containing the brand name "Social Boost Asia" or similar variations on paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) without clear written permission.
• Using Fake Domains/Pages: Registering domain names or creating social media pages/websites with names or interfaces confusingly similar to the Social Boost Asia brand.
• Using Adware/Spyware/Malware: Using malicious software to automatically redirect users or insert Referral Links.
• Cookie Stuffing: Automatically placing tracking cookies on user browsers without actual click action from them.
• Creating Fake Traffic/Robots: Using bots, scripts, or other artificial methods to generate fake clicks or registrations.
• Self-referral: Using your own Referral Link to register a new account or perform transactions for yourself.
• Promotion on Illegal/Inappropriate Sites: Placing links on websites containing illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content.
• Providing Unauthorized Offers: Arbitrarily offering discount codes, cashback, or other offers not approved by Social Boost Asia to entice users to click on links.
• Link Cloaking Fraudulently: Using cloaking techniques to deceive users or tracking systems.
• Violating any other terms in this Policy or other Social Boost Asia policies.

8. Rights and Responsibilities of Social Boost Asia

• Provide tracking systems, Affiliate Dashboard, and Referral Links to Affiliates.
• Calculate and pay valid commissions according to the policy.
• Have the right to monitor Affiliate activity to ensure policy compliance.
• Have the right to change commission rates, Payout Thresholds, Cookie Duration, and other program terms after reasonable notice.
• Have the right to refuse or cancel commissions if invalid transactions, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
• Have the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate accounts if terms regulations are violated.

9. Relationship of Parties

The relationship between Social Boost Asia and the Affiliate is that of independent contractors. This Policy does not create any form of joint venture, partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship. The Affiliate has no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Social Boost Asia.

10. Term and Termination

• This agreement becomes effective when your Affiliate application is approved and continues until terminated by either party.
• You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us and ceasing the use of Referral Links.
• Social Boost Asia may terminate this agreement and disable your Affiliate account immediately if you violate any terms of this Policy or related policies.
• Upon termination, you will stop using all Referral Links and promotional materials of Social Boost Asia. Valid commissions earned prior to termination (and meeting the Payout Threshold) will be paid according to the regular schedule, except in cases of termination for violation.

11. Confidentiality

During participation in the program, you may access certain non-public information regarding Social Boost Asia's business or technical operations. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Affiliate Program is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the program will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or yield specific results.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Boost Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Our total maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of commissions paid or payable to you within the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Affiliate Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this Website and/or notified via email. Your continued participation in the program after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
