Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Regulations on acceptable and prohibited behaviors when using Social Boost Asia's services. Protecting system integrity and user experience.

Effective Date: March 28, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") is an integral part of Terms of Service of Social Boost Asia ("We"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the integrity, security, stability of our systems and services ("Services"), and to protect the interests and experience of all users ("You", "User").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to strictly comply with the regulations in this AUP. Violation of the AUP may result in severe penalties, including account termination and legal liability.

1. General Principles

You agree to use Social Boost Asia's Services responsibly, legally, and in accordance with social ethical standards, complying with all applicable Vietnamese and international laws, as well as our other terms and policies and those of relevant social media platforms.

2. Strictly Prohibited Behaviors

In addition to prohibited content detailed in Section 4 of the Terms of Service, the following behaviors are **STRICTLY PROHIBITED** when using Social Boost Asia's Services:

  • 2.1. System and Network Security Violations:

    Any act of intentionally causing damage, infringing upon, or disrupting the operation of systems, servers, networks of Social Boost Asia or any third party is strictly prohibited.

    • Unauthorized access or attempted access to accounts, data, systems, servers, or networks you are not authorized to access.
    • Performing probing, scanning, vulnerability testing on Social Boost Asia's systems without clear written permission.
    • Interfering or attempting to interfere with Services provided to any User, server, or network, including but not limited to:
      • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
      • Mail bombing, system flooding.
      • Overloading the system with abnormal or malicious repetitive requests.
      • Performing any "intentional action that falsifies or negatively affects the system".
    • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in email or newsgroup postings.
    • Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, or any other malicious software.
    • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover source code, structures, algorithms of the Service.
  • 2.2. Content and Service Abuse:
    • Using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent purpose or to promote illegal activities.
    • Sending, posting, or linking to content violating Section 4 of the Terms of Service (including hateful, harassing, obscene, violent, copyright-infringing content...).
    • Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited mass messages, or conduct deceptive marketing campaigns.
    • Using scripts, bots, or other automated processes to interact with the Service excessively, affecting system performance or violating usage limits (if any).
    • Scraping data, collecting user information or content on the Website automatically without permission.
  • 2.3. Account Abuse:
    • Sharing your account login information with others.
    • Selling, leasing, or transferring your Social Boost Asia account.
    • Creating or using multiple accounts for system abuse, promotion policy abuse, or to bypass applied limits/penalties.
    • Providing false registration information or impersonating others.
  • 2.4. Social Media Platform Violations:
    • Using the Service in a way that directly violates terms of service, community standards, or regulations of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) you are targeting. You are responsible for knowing and complying with these regulations.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
  • Social Boost Asia has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with this AUP.
  • We have the right to investigate suspected or reported violations.
  • We have sole discretion to determine penalties for violations, including but not limited to:
    • Sending warnings to violating Users.
    • Suspending or terminating access to the Service or User Account (with or without notice).
    • Removing violating content or orders.
    • Blocking IP addresses or other access methods.
    • Applying other penalties detailed in Section 6 of the Terms of Service (including balance confiscation and reporting to authorities).
    • Taking necessary legal actions.
  • We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating illegal activities.
4. Reporting Violations

If you detect or suspect any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately via the contact page or designated support channels. Provide as much detail as possible (e.g., description of behavior, evidence if any) so we can investigate effectively.

5. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. You are responsible for reviewing this Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
